Measures is a Preventive Health Intelligence platform that helps you understand how daily nutrition influences biomarkers, glucose patterns, body composition, and long-term health outcomes. By connecting your biology with your daily habits, Measures helps you identify patterns, adjust intelligently, and stay in control of your health trajectory.
No. You can use nutrition tracking, Apple Health integration, and other features without biomarker testing. However, biomarker data helps personalize insights, establish a baseline, and provide a clearer picture of your health trajectory.
Measures supports laboratory results from many common blood tests. You can upload laboratory reports directly within the app. Support for additional report formats is continuously expanding.
Yes. Measures can connect to Apple Health to import supported data such as activity, sleep, body measurements, heart rate, and glucose readings when available.
Some Apple Health data may take a few minutes to sync after connection. Large imports, such as historical activity and sleep data, may continue processing in the background and will appear shortly.
CGM data synchronized through Apple Health may be delayed by up to three hours due to restrictions imposed by certain CGM manufacturers. For real-time glucose monitoring, use the manufacturer's application. Measures provides deeper analysis by connecting glucose data with nutrition and biomarkers.
Uploaded lab results typically begin appearing within a few minutes. Deeper analysis and personalized insights may take longer to generate. You will receive a notification when processing is complete.
Measures connects daily nutrition to real biological outcomes. Rather than focusing solely on food tracking, glucose monitoring, or biomarker reporting, Measures helps you understand how your daily decisions influence the markers that shape long-term health. The goal is not just to collect data, but to help you use it to make better decisions and verify progress over time.
Biological Age is an estimate of how your physiology compares to typical aging patterns based on biomarkers and other health indicators. It may differ from your chronological age and can change over time as your health and biology change.
The Longevity Outlook Score is designed to help you understand how your current biology may influence your long-term health trajectory. It combines multiple dimensions of health, including cardiometabolic risk, metabolic function, inflammation, physiological resilience, and other longevity-related signals into a single score. The score is intended to help you identify opportunities for improvement, monitor progress over time, and better understand how lifestyle changes may influence long-term health. It is an educational tool and should not be interpreted as a prediction of lifespan or future health outcomes.
Momentum Days help you track consistency with your nutrition goals over time. They are designed to make long-term health improvement more measurable and provide a structured way to monitor progress toward meaningful biological change.
